It is the responsibility of Great Buy Mall client to specify a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of the shipment. Great Buy Mall, DHL and other couriers are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the addressed specified by the customer.

If it is not possible for a shipment to be securely delivered to a residential address, the customer should instead specify the shipping address of their place of work, or other business office open during the normal business hours.

“Great Buy Mall”, may specify, “signature required” on DHL or other courier shipments.  It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where they or someone they trust will be present to sign for and receive the package.  If having someone other than the intended receipt sign for a package results in the customer not receiving the package, “Great Buy Mall” and the courier cannot be held responsible.

If there are special instructions regarding an Express shipment delivery, i.e. “leave package at Apartment Building Office if not at home” ,  the customer must specify these instructions from the order.

If you have arranged with a courier to waive signatures at your address, “Great Buy Mall” and the courier cannot be held responsible for shipment loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.

If an incorrect address or other incorrect information is supplied by the customer (for DHL and other couriers) and results in additional shipping fees, “Great Buy Mall” reserves the right to separately bill those to the customer.  When shipping rates increase, “Great Buy Mall” will ship by the best and fastest alternate shipping service covered by the shipping cost already paid by the customer.

To make sure our gifts are delivered on time,Great Buy Mall has an in-house delivery service (for Metro Manila) that will make sure your gifts will be delivered.  We deliver from Mondays to Saturday (except Philippine Holidays).

If delivery address is within Metro Manila, we don’t charge a Shipping fee.

All Orders Placed before 1:00 pm (Manila time) will be processed on the same day and will be delivered on the next day.  For Metro Manila, we guarantee a next day delivery.

We Process Order from Mondays to Saturday from 1:00pm to 8:00 pm (Manila Time).  For Sunday Orders, we process them on the next available working day.
