GreatBuyMall.com is the URL for Great Buy Mall Shopping Online; a Private limited company is a reseller for thousands of products and services. By accessing our website, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. |

1. Confidentiality Clause. Great Buy Mall will treat all of the customer’s data with the outmost care. Our website is stored in a world class hosting facility where we ensure that every time you send your personal data, there will be no physical tampering. The cardholder’s Information is directly forwarded to our Acquiring Bank for processing, we only keep the relevant information that is required to operate in our business, this includes Shipping Address, Recipient’s info, Order History and alike. 2. Issuing of Invoices / Time of the Fulfillment of the contract. Every time you make a purchase at GreatBuyMall.com. You will be issued an invoice of your purchase in a form of an email confirmation. The Invoice will be in this format: |

If in case the purchased products/services can only be shipped in Partial Deliveries. GreatBuyMall.com will send you an invoice every time we would process the next delivery of the product/service. The invoice will include the cost of the product plus shipping charges on that transaction. On the next delivery we will give you an “invoice confirmation notice”. The invoice will come with the following categories: |

• Green Notice – confirmation email will be given a week before the process ordering
• Yellow Notice – confirmation email will be given 3 days before the process ordering
• Red Notice – confirmation email will be given 1 day before process ordering

In this notice, it will contain a payment link, in which you need to enter you CVV code. AGAIN, we will just invoice you only for that instance. |

Once we processed the last delivery, we will send you a FULLFILLMENT NOTICE that we delivered to you the whole product/service. |

If the customers does not confirm with all three (3) notices, the ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and therefore will not be delivered. So, please make sure you confirm from any of the three (3) notices. The clients that missed their notices, but would still want to initiate the delivery can contact customerservice@greatbuymall.com. GreatBuyMall.com will received confirmation from its courier tie up that the goods are already delivered. GreatBuyMall.com will then send you a Fulfillment NOTICE that your purchased goods have already been delivered. |

3. Reoccurring Transactions. For purchased goods and services that are billed periodically, GreatBuyMall.com will periodically invoice the customer prior to the processing of the order. The invoice will submitted via customer’s email address |

4. Debiting Time of the Cardholder. GreatBuyMall.com will only debit your account once we have delivered to the recipient of the product. This is our guarantee to all our customers. |

5. Credit Card Descriptor. The transaction that will show up on your credit card descriptor will be GreatBuyMall.com. |
|

| |
6. Refund Policy. This Policy is available with some suppliers who allow refund for their product and/or service. GreatBuyMall.com transparently passes on the refund policy to our customers (whenever available). Depending on what type of product or service that we distribute, we may grant partial or full refund. GreatBuyMal.com will separately bill the customer for administrative, and bank charges depending on the mode of refund the client would want to have. |

7. Shipping Policy. It is the responsibility of client to specify a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of the shipment. GreatBuyMall.com and their couriers are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the addressed specified by the customer. If it is not possible for a shipment to be securely delivered to a residential address, the customer should instead specify the shipping address of their place of work. Or another business office that is open during the normal business hours. GreatBuyMall.com may specify, “Signature required” on our courier shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where they or someone they trust will be present to sign for and receive the package. If having someone other than the intended receipt sign for a package and then results in the customer not receiving the package. GreatBuyMall.com and the courier cannot be held responsible.
If there are special instructions regarding an Express shipment delivery, i.e. “leave package at Apartment Building Office if not at home”, the customer must specify these instructions when placing the order.
If you have arranged with a courier to waive signatures at your address, GreatBuyMall.com and the courier cannot be held responsible for shipment loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery. If an incorrect address or other incorrect information is supplied by the customer (to our couriers) and it results in additional shipping fees. GreatBuyMall.com reserves the right to separately bill those to the customer.
For Philippine Delivery
To make sure our gifts are delivered on time, GreatBuyMall.com has an in-house delivery service (for Metro Manila only). We will make sure your gifts will be delivered on time. We deliver from Mondays to Saturday (except Philippine Holidays). We don’t charge extra, if the delivery address is within Metro Manila. |

8. Process Ordering. All Orders Placed before 1:00 pm (Manila time) will be processed on the same day and will be delivered on the next day. For Sunday Orders, we process them on the next available working day. |
